For the first time in long time she was joyful. She, Amu Hinamori had a smile upon her face and a spring in her step. Not even thining of the burden of home. She walked through the school doors and proceeded towards the lunch room. It was 7:00 in the morning school would be starting in fifteen minutes. She had that time to see the only people who she considered friends. Her sanity.
She saw them. Her best friend, Utau, her best male friend who she called her brother, Kukai and her boyfriend, Ikuto. They were all circled around a table. There were a few others she called friends there too Rima, Nagi, Yaya, Tadase. They all looked like they were happy. Then her boyfriend and her brother started arguing she couldn't tell what they were arguing over…but she still chuckled over the situation.
She walked up to the group. Her boyfriend grasped his hands around her waist embracing her in a hug. Then a short kiss. "Hey love could you tell this idiot here that I'm right and that basketball is better than soccer?" the blue haired boy asked.
"But why? It's only each of your personal opinions." She said directing her statement to boith boys.
"Because it's important!" kukai shouted.
"Well if it's really that necessary…I think both are equally great."
Everyone facepalmed.
"Amu why did you just take that roundabout answer?" Utau asked.
"Because, I like both sports. But I'm hungry so I'm gonna go get some breakfast before the bell rings. K guys?"
They all grunted at her answer. "Running away again huh hinamori?" Kukai shouted.
She waved him off. Got in line for breakfast and procceded to obtain her food. "Juice,milk, Burrito. I'm good." Amu typed in her identification number and strode back to the table. She was having trouble this morning like most others carrying everything. So she asked for the help of her charas. Quickly Miki grasped the juice which was slipping from her hands,put it on the table and went back to were the rest of the guardian characters were playing. Kukai went over to Utau and wrapped his arms around her waist and put his chin on her shoulder. Slowly moving and kissing in the crook of her neck. The blonde blushed insanly at the action.
'seems they gave up asking my opinion on the sports thing.' Amu thought to her self. The bell then rang and the group of friends gave hugs and said goodbye until next passing period. Kuaki gave Utau a sudden kiss. Then pulled away. Ikuto lightly bit the top of Amu's ear. They all departed from the caffeteria. Amu left smiling.
