As a reminder, Kirihara here is the son of Sanada (father) and Yukimura (mother). This is based on the TeniPuri Family episodes, where Yukimura and Sanada are a couple (I think) and Yukimura is sick.

Kirihara, although relatively knowledgeable when it came to warnings, nevertheless got a stool, pushed it towards the medicine cabinet, climbed up on it, opened the said cabinet, and closed his hands around the medicine bottle.
Mommy Yukimura said that it tasted good.
Well, that was what she told Daddy Sanada when he gave it to her yesterday.
Kirihara pondered whether to share it with his friends. He normally wasn't a giving person… He grabbed the bottle and leapt off the stool.
Ryoma and Momoko would die of envy.
Snickering, Kirihara dashed off towards his playmates' house.

Sanada arrived. He checked his watch, noting that it was time to give Yukimura her medicine.
He went to the medicine cabinet.
Someone had opened it. He noticed the stool, and the open cabinet door.
Sanada would have ignored the vandalism when he discovered, to his utter surprise, that the medicine bottle was not there.
Akaya.
"Sanada!" Yukimura cried from the bedroom.
Sanada panicked. He ran towards the bedroom and found Yukimura convulsing like hell.
"Yu-Yukimura!"
"SANADA!"
And Yukimura keeled over.
"YUKIMURAAAAAAAAAA!"

In the Seishun house Momoko emptied the bottle. She burped.
"Waah, that was delicious!" she remarked to Ryoma and Kirihara.
"Of course!" Kirihara bragged. "It's imported!"
