Spice and Wolf and Fruits Basket Crossover. What happens when Holo and Lawrence find a secret portal in the North? I'm bad at summaries, but you get the gist. The portal disappears once Holo and Lawrence travel through it and Kyo and Tohru embark on an adventure to help Holo and Lawrence find their way back home.
