Paige is in her office when she hears Emily and the kids come home. Paige hears a door slam and aiden running around crazy. Paige leaves her office and goes walks into the kitchen to see Emily unpacking grocieries. Paige walks up behind Emily and wraps her arms around her waist and gives her a kiss on the turns to face her lovely wife.

"How was work?" asks Emily.

"Good you?" asks Paige.

"Exhausting." says Emily with a sigh.

"What's wrong with Ashley?" Paige asks with concern for their daughter.

"I don't know she won't tell me, you think those kids are bothering her again?" wonders Emily.

When Ashley was younger she used to get bullied because she has two moms.

"I hope not, I'll go talk to her and figure out what is going on." says Paige.

"Okay I'll get started on dinner." says Emily.

Emily gives Paige a kiss.

"Oooo." teases Aiden their 5 year old son.

Paige looks down at her son smiling at her. Paige gives him a hug and then walks upstairs to her daughter . Paige walks up to Ashley door and knocks.

"Don't come in!" yells Ashley.

"It's Mom!" yells Paige.

"Fine." mumbles Ashley.

Paige walks into her Ashley's room. Ashley is on her bed with her face in her pillows not moving. Paige walks over to Ashley and sits on her bed.

"What's wrong sweet heart?" asks Paige with concern.

Ashley just sighs into her pillow.

"Is this about a boy?" asks Paige out of curiosity.

"Eww no Mom." says Ashley as she sits up to face her mom.

By the look on Ashley's face it definitely wasn't a boy. Paige knew that look all too well. Ashley may have Emily's looks but she has Paige's personality. Paige didn't want to push Ashley to tell her but as her mom she wants to know.

"Is this about a girl?" asks Paige trying not push anything but being forward with the question.

"How do you...? asks Ashley before Paige interrupts her.

"I could tell by the look on your face, I had the same look when my dad would ask me about a boy, So tell me what happened?" asks Paige.

Ashley sighs in defeat.

"I was in the hallway at school and some jocks were bothering Emma the girl I like, they were being mean to her calling her names, so I went up to them and told them off, when I asked her if she was okay she froze and ran away." explained Ashley.

"I don't see the problem." says Paige confused.

"What if she ran away because she doesn't like me?" asks Ashley sadly.

"I'm sure that isn't true she was probably embarrassed don't street about it, how about we go downstairs and watch a movie to make you feel better." suggests Paige trying to comfort Ashley.

"Sure." agrees Ashley.

Paige hugs her daughter. They walk downstairs just when they're about to put in a movie the doorbell rings. Emily answers the door.

"Hi I'm Emma is Ashley home?" asks Emma shyly.

"Yes she is come in, Ashley it's for you." says Emily.

Ashley gets up from the couch and goes to the door. A smile spreads across her face immediately.

"Hi Emma, What are you doing here?" asks Ashley shyly.

Ashley can see Emma avoiding eye contact with her.

"After running away earlier I felt bad and thought I'd go to your house and apologize and ask if you would like to hang out maybe." says Emma shyly.

"Apology accepted I would love to hang out with you I just have to ask my moms, Can I go mommy?" asks Ashley pleading.

"Sure go have fun be back before 10." says Emily.

"Okay!" yells Ashley as she grabs her jacket and leaves with Emma to go to The Brew.
