Hey guys! argella1300 here again. This is a sample role play that I made for a Vampire Knight RP group online, whose name is currently escaping me, but ANYWAYS, let me know what you think. Constructive criticism is appreciated! If you're interested in reading my original character's complete profile, I'll be posting that later on for your enjoyment

~BA-BUMP!~ Michiru Nakamura awoke with a start at the car's sudden movement. After taking a moment to catch her breath, she looked outside the window of the sleek, black Volvo XC90. They were driving through what appeared to be a small college town, it was very charming, and people were milling about, going home after work for dinner, or starting their day by getting places ready for the night shift.

It was early September, and everywhere trees were an explosion of color, as if they were throwing one last party before they went on winter break. She could see Cross Academy in the distance, its tall, Gothic structures stretching towards the sky. The sun was sinking into the horizon, and the sky was exploding into a gorgeous array of purples, blues, pinks, reds, oranges, and yellows.

'That's going to be my new home for the year,' she nervously thought to herself, biting her lower lip. She was nervous, of course, but she was also excited. It was the kind of feeling she got waiting for the curtain to go up before one of her ballet performances.

Her heart was beating rapidly, like a little hummingbird. With a little smile to herself, she closed her eyes and let the music of Tchaikovsky travel from the little blue iPod nano in her hand, up the cord, and into the Bose noise-canceling headphones that were cupped tightly around her ears. She inhaled and exhaled slowly, barely moving as she did so, running through one of the pre-show breathing exercises she had been taught by one of her many ballet coaches over the years.

When the song ended, she slowly opened her eyes. The driver was pulling into the driveway of the Moon Dormitory. Several other cars were there, students, parents, and chauffeurs alike were unloading luggage and boxes from trunks and schlepping them upstairs to their rooms. People were hugging, crying, laughing, saying hello, saying goodbye.

The black Volvo pulled up to the curb and the driver stopped the car and hurried over to her door. Opening it for her, she gracefully stepped out into the early fall evening. The weather was still warm, and many students were still in their summer clothes.

After unloading all her luggage and carrying it up to her dorm, she thanked her driver and gave him a generous tip. After a polite good bye he left, and as Michiru watched that shiny black Volvo pull out of sight, she was reminded by a certain traveling song written by one Mr. J.R.R. Tolkien, that went a little something like this:

Roads go ever ever on,
Over rock and under tree,
By caves where never sun has shone,
By streams that never find the sea;
Over snow by winter sown,
And through the merry flowers of June,
Over grass and over stone,
And under mountains in the moon.

Roads go ever ever on
Under cloud and under star,
Yet feet that wandering have gone
Turn at last to home afar.
Eyes that fire and sword have seen
And horror in the halls of stone
Look at last on meadows green
And trees and hills they long have known.

Smiling, she proceeded to sit down on her large bed, excited for the adventures yet to come.
