CHAPTER 1: An Unexpected Journey
Note: I don't own Pokemon!
My name is Wilhelm. I'm 10 years old and I live in Lumiose City, Kalos. I want to go on a Pokemon Journey, but my parents refused because it was too dangerous to go.
I couldn't stop the thought of going because all of my friends have started their own journeys.
It was after dinner time, my mother was washing the dishes and my father was reading on a newspaper. Wilhelm asked her mother if he could go this year.
"No, son, It's too dangerous! When you're twelve or thirteen, we'll let you go on your own." his mother repremanded.
"But my friends are the same age as I, how can they, but I don't?" he asked.
"Wilhelm, it's their parent's decision." his father said.
"Aww..." he frowned.
"It's getting late, Wilhelm. Why don't you go to bed right now?"
"Yes, dad."
"Goodnight!" his parents said as she went to his room.
Wilhelm's room was filled with posters, movies, drawings of his and stuffed toys that were Pokemon-themed. He grabbed his most favorite plushie: a Dewott.
He turned off the lights, tucked himself on his bed, hugged his plushie and closed his eyes to sleep.
The room was silent, but was interrupted by a knock on the window. He heard it and got his flashlight, heading towards the window.
"Who's there?!" Wilhelm shouted, but no reply.
Then a shadowy mist lead him outside. He wore his slippers and scarf, opened the window and climbed outside without a noise to be stealthy.
It was almost midnight, and he was lead to the forest by that shadowy mist from earlier.
'Where am I going?' Wilhelm thought to himself.
He tripped on a rock, and fell into the river.
"Oh no!" he screamed.
He tried to swim, but the river lead him to a waterfall and fell down, knocked out. He was floating on the water, and landed on the shore of another forest.
Just nearby from where Wilhelm was knocked out, two Pokemon: a Dewott and a Servine were walking and talking, not noticing the girl yet.
"Whew! Looks like we've finished our job." the Servine said.
"Nothing like a hard day's night." the Dewott carried the basket of berries.
"Hey! What's that over there?"
"Huh? Where?"
The Servine pointed, "There!" They found Wilhelm, lying on the shore.
"He needs help! Let's bring him back to the guild!" the Dewott carried him to the guild. Servine followed.
At the guild...
"Master! This boy needs medical help!" the Servine said.
"Bring him to my room." the Lucario said.
"Thank you, sir."
Wilhelm was tucked into the master's bed and gave him a healing antidote. It'll take a while.
The two Pokemon waited inside, waiting for the child to recover...
