A/N: My first ever FanFic! Please Enjoy!

Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter.

I tuck a strand of my frizzy auburn hair behind my ear. My hair never stays in place. Frustrated, I take down my hair and start to braid it again. I just have finished doing this when my best friend, Scorpius Malfoy sits down next to me.
"Hey, Rosie," he says. I stick my tongue out at him. I hate that nickname.
"I need to ask you for some advice," he says, twisting his thumbs the way he does when he gets nervous. I take a moment and admire him.
See, I've had a crush on him forever. I love the way his platinum blonde hair falls perfectly on his flawless face. He has loads of muscles from playing Quidditch all the time. His grades are almost perfect. We are always fighting for the top spot in our year. I love the way he gets so competitive over the tiniest things.
"Girl advice," he says. I wince inside. I've tried to get used to Scorpius dating other girls even though I want to be his.
The thing with Scor is that he dates a girl for a few weeks, tops, and then gets bored and moves on. I like longer relationships. Plus, Scorpius is the hottest guy in our year. He wouldn't want to go out with me.
And think of how our 6-year friendship could possibly be ruined if our relationship doesn't work out. Those are my reasons why I haven't told Scorpius how I feel about him.
"Sure. You know you can ask me about anything," I say and get a dazzling smile that shows off every one of his perfectly white teeth in return. "So who's the girl?"
Scorpius shifts nervously in his seat. "Well..." he begins. "I've had a crush on this girl for a long time."
My eyebrows raise. Scor must be pretty serious about this girl.
"Everyday I wish she was mine. She has beautiful hair that she always pins back to get out of her eyes. Her eyes are amazing. I could stare into their depths for hours. She gets really competitive over such tiny things." He chuckles slightly. "And I could tell you everything else that you want to know about her, like her favorite color," Scorpius says.
"Wow," I say. "You really like this girl!"
"Yea, I do," Scor says, looking me straight in the eyes. "The problem is, I don't know how to tell her that I like her as more than a friend."
"Oh, so she's your friend?" I ask. Inside I wonder who it could be. Maybe Lily, my little cousin. She and Scorpius get along pretty well. But, it would be rude of me to ask Scorpius who it is so I stay silent, hurting because Scor really loves this one girl and not me. Lucky girl. She'll have a great boyfriend once Scorpius admits his feelings to her.
"Well, I think that you should just make a move. Obviously, you love this girl, a lot," I wince as I say this, "so the best thing you can do is to just come up, full force instead of slowly hinting things to her. It'll work out better in the end, trust me."
Scorpius thinks about this for a moment. I can literally see the gears turning inside his brilliant head. I sit and mourn for a second while he processes what I just said. He will never be mine. I should just give up.
"Thanks for the advice," he says.
I am about to say 'any time' but he catches me off guard by pressing his lips against mine. I can't think for a moment. All that processes in my brain is the fact that I, Rose Weasley, am being kissed by the love of my life.
For a few moments, I am in heaven. I unconsciously start to kiss Scorpius back. He wrapped his arms around my waist and I melted into him, flinging my arms around his neck. We moved in perfect harmony. I felt sparks flying.
He pulls back first and my brain starts to string thoughts together. I am the girl he thinks has beautiful hair. The one whom he wants to stare into their eyes forever. He wants me.
My dreams have come true.
