Hey guys, Ash here. While writing the first chapter, I almost teared up. Here it is:

Ryan's POV:

I was having a fitful sleep when I woke to the sound of crying. It didn't sound like Mark or Mat, it sounded like a 6 year old. I got up and went to investigate. The source was in Mark's room. I slowly put my hand on the door noob, not knowing what was on the other side. I quickly opened it and went into battle stance. What I saw was completely different than I expected, which was nothing. On the bed, Chica laid next to a little boy. He looked like a youth version of Mark. The boy even had faded pink hair. He looked at me, then started crying again. I ran to him and picked him up. In a squeaky voice, the boy said, "I can walk, mister." I whispered, "I know." I carried him downstairs to Mat. Matthew was sitting and playing the Xbox. He paused the game and looked at me. He asked, "Who's the kid?" I shrugged my shoulders and replied, "Don't know. I found him in Mark's bed this morning." The doorbell rang. I handed the boy to Mat and ran to the door. I opened it, and Tom, Mark's brother, stood there. I smiled and let him in. We walked to the living room, where Mat was playing with the child. Tom's eyes landed on the boy, and his smile disappeared. He asked, "Mark?" The boy looked at our guest. He yelled, "TOM!" He got up and ran to Tom and hugged his legs. Tom's eyes filled with tears while he picked the boy up. A tear rolled down his cheek. 'Mark' wiped it away and said, "Don't be sad, Tom. Do you want to play Orcs Must Die?" Tom's tears came down faster. He hugged the child. Mark wrapped his arms around Tom's neck and said, "Don't cry. Everything's alright." Tom smiled. He said, "You're right, Mark. Everything's alright."
