Hi! This is a really short little "thing" that I wrote. It is just about…..well you'll see. I got the idea after reading "Daughter of Rome" by colour-pencills-kity, but this is my own story - well, little paragraph. I strongly urge you to go check that story out (it is under favorite stories on my profile). It was really good. Well, here you go (this is from Reyna's POV):

Jason Grace. That name would haunt me long after I retired from being praetor of the Twelfth legion. Long after I graduated college. His face would never leave my mind, and his picture would never leave my wallet. I kept it with me from since the day he said, "I love you." That was also the day he disappeared.

I used to get upset when I thought of Jason - especially of Jason and Piper together. Now, I was older and more mature. Just because he picked a young model-type girl over you doesn't mean you're not important.

I laughed softly. Yeah, too important to be noticed by any guys.

Jason was the one. I just know it. If Juno hadn't taken him away things might've - would've - been a lot different. Now I could only sit and wonder, "What if?"

I used to be a fierce warrior who could command thousands of soldiers. Now I was just an elderly lady who would tell the elementary children about the famous Jason Grace.

I absentmindedly knitted my new scarf. My mind lingered over the ever present image of him.

I chuckled. He said he would always be there for me. Apparently I should have made him swear on the River Styx.

I laid my head down on a soft pillow, and I closed my eyes.

"Goodbye forever, Jason Grace."
