This is LittlebitFluffly. Warning this is SONADOW and there are some curse words in this story. I do NOT own any of the sonic charcaters, I only own the story line. So, enjoy the story!

It was a normal day for shadow the hedgehog, Rouge was talking to him about shit he didn't care about, and now dragging him some where, he probably didn't want to be. And G.U.N. (Guardians of the United Nations) sent them on another mission.

Rouge : "Shadow, the commander told us that there was a huge rise in chaos energy in this area."

Shadow looked around, they were in the middle of a forest not far from the ocean. He knew this because he could see the waters edge from were he was standing.

Rouge : "Start looking around."

Shadow : "Fine."

Then his chaos abilities suddenly went berserk, Shadow's eyes widened and he cluched his head due to the sudden pain.

Rouge : "Shadow are you ok?"

Shadow : "Yeah, my chaos sences just suddenly went crazy, we must be close to the sorce."

Rouge : "Ok ... Let's hurry."

Shadow replied with a grunt, and they went separate ways. Shadow soon came upon a waterfall with a deep crystal clear pool. He then heard rustling in the bushes and quickly hid behind a tree. The thing that had made the noise came out. It was none other than Sonic the hedgehog. He quickly looked around, not seeing Shadow behind the tree, he let out a sigh and did the most unexpected thing ever. He took off his shoes, gloves, and his socks and stepped towards the waters edge.

Shadow was about to come out of hiding when Sonic jumped into the water. He then popped up in the middle next to a big rock, back against the rock, and lifted up...his tail.

Shadow's thoughts : "So, the Faker can swim and has a fish tail...Interesting...Wait , a FISH tail !"

Sonic sighed and said, "It's been way too long since I've done this ... Good thing too, getting too close for comfort. I think a single drop would have made me change."

Shadow stood there speachless, his thoughts going a million milles an hour through his head. He kept thinking these four things, "Why does he have a fish tail?";"Is this why he never goes in water around us?"; "What the hell is he!?", and "Is he the cause of the rise in chaos energy in the area?"

Shadow decided to confront sonic on about this, stepping out from behind the to where he could be seen, and Sonic paled. Sonic watched his rival approach and then backed up, thinking, "He might have seen me transform and if he didn't, he will notice either the fact I have a fish tail or that I am in water when I am supposed to be terrified of it!"

Shadow, now at the edge of the pool and said, "Come here Sonic."

Sonic heastenly replied " W-why?"

He replied, "So I can see you better."

"Ok?"
