"The Tri-Wizard Tournament Originated around 700 years ago as a friendly way to bring together three magical schools, test the skills of young witches and wizards, and create new friendships. As the years progressed, the Tri-Wizard Tournament tests became more difficult, challenging, and dangerous. In 1792, the tasks wreaked havoc among the schools, witches, and wizards therefore putting an end to the tournament. In 1994, The Tri-Wizard Tournament had taken place once again at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with devastating results. However, I am pleased to say that with the Dark Lord dead and the Death Eaters disbanded, Beauxbaton Academy of Magic will be hosting the 725th Tri-Wizard Tournament!" the Beauxbaton headmistress, Professor Maxime the 2nd, announced and the witches erupted into applause. "As you all know, the Tri-Wizard Tournament occurs every five years. Every twenty-fifth tournament, we celebrate a Quarter Quell, where the rules of the Tri-Wizard Tournament are modified by the Tri-Wizard Tournament Department at the Ministry of Magic. I would like to welcome Willow Elliot, Order of Merlin, 3rd class, and head of the department to explain the Quarter Quell."

"Hello and thank you, Headmistress Maxime, for your kind words of welcome. This Quell will prove to be very interesting. I am pleased to announce that the Department at the Ministry has been working tirelessly to come up with this brilliant idea and bringing that idea, to life. This Quell, three wizards or witches from each school will be competing, creating a total of nine champions. However, these wizards and witches will not be chosen by electing themselves and placing their names in the Goblet of Fire. This year, every student will be eligible and elected to compete. This means that every student's name will be put into the Goblet of Fire, whether you want to be elected or not."

Very short and I'm not done but I had this idea and I wanted to get it onto paper. I will probably be finishing my other stories first (please read them and review) before continuing this one as Rise Again takes place the year before this does. Please review if you think it's worth pursuing! Thanks!
