Hankyung muses. About who? None other than Heechul.

Hankyung looked carefully into the mirror hanging above the sink.

"What's the difference?" He tilted his head as he continued to stare into the mirror.

Just a couple of hours ago, Heechul had been badgering him to teach him new Chinese words.

"Okay, repeat after me. Wo xi huan Hangeng de cao fan" I like Hankyung's fried rice.

"Wo si huan Haaaangeng di ciao fa-aan" Heechul giggled. "Thanks Hannie! And you know I do!"

"Wait wait, Heechul. We're not done! Your pronunciation is all wrong."

Heechul's facial expressions immediately went deadpan.

"Xi not si – it's more of a 'sh' sound, de not di – think of 'duh', cao not ciao – think of the sound you make when you're… slightly pissed?" He didn't really know how to explain that last one.

Then suddenly, Heechul was back to giggling.

"Aww, c'mon Hannie, what's the difference?"

"What's the difference?" Hankyung repeated. He squinted a little and leaned into the mirror, nose almost making contact.

"Wasn't he the one scolding me, albeit playfully, but still, about my accent when I speak Korean? Isn't he the one always teasing me about confusing words…? And when he asks me for Chinese lessons, he disregards all pronunciation? I just don't get him…"

He paused for a second.

"Then again… I don't get some of the differences he points out either…"
