Haruhi Fujioka sat the last box on the already mountainous pile erupting from the floor of her new condo. She gazed around slightly in awe of how large it was compared to the one bedroom apartment she had lived in since she graduated from college. She walked to the kitchen, running her hand along the surface of the island in the middle of her modern kitchen. Her life had changed so much in the last few years, it was hard to believe she was still twenty four. She was soon interrupted from her musing by the patter of tiny feet. Haruhi smiled and met her daughter, Kaida, halfway. She picked her up and sat her on the most stable of the piles made from their possessions.
"What do you think, Dragon Fly?" Haruhi asked, tickling her stomach.
"It's so big!" Kaida said without hesitation.
"Sure is..." Haruhi agreed, looking around the room. Her gaze settled on the large bay windows, or more specifically, the nest in the window box.
"Look, Kaida, birdies!"
Instantly her little girl jumped down, managing to take most of the boxes with her. She ran to the window leaving Haruhi to shake her head while gathering things to put back in their original boxes. She didn't know it at first, but the boxes had contained things from her years of high school. She finally realized it when she picked up an oddly wrapped box in what she thought was a pillow case, but Haruhi noticed it was actually her old blazer from Ouran. Confused she shook it out, sending a flurry of papers into the room. Suddenly she was surrounded by faces she hadn't seen in years.
