Amanda awoke to the sound of breaking glass,
Startled she rolled off the cot and prepared to meet the intruder.
She watched as a hand came
Through the hole in the glass window, the door
Opened and Lee walked in.
"Amanda? Are you all right?""
He took her in his arms and held her.
"I had a horrible nightmare," said Amanda shakily.
"It's all right you safe now." Amanda pressed her cheek
To his chest and breathed deeply.
"I know."
Lee took her face in his hands and again asked,
"Are you sure you're all right."
Amanda smiled at him,
"I am now"
He leaned down to kiss her when the phone rang.
Lee groaned and picked it up.
" Hello?"
"Lee you have to get down here quick" was Francine's quick reply.
"Why? Where are you?" Lee asked worried.
"I'm at the hospital "
"WHAT? What happened? Are you all right? Billy?" Now Lee was very worried as terrible possibilities went through his head.
"Billy and I are fine, but a bomb went off near Campbell."
"Anybody hurt?"
"Yes, Our agent undercover jumped out of a window trying to get out. It wasn't very high but between that and the smoke. She's in a coma Lee"
"Who?"
"Agent Bluestone"
Lee cursed quietly.
"We'll be right there"
After being given the directions Lee hung up.
"Who was it"
Amanda asked worriedly.
"Francine, Amanda come with me this isn't going to be easy."
"What, happened?"
"Our best agent is in the hospital. The warehouse blew up and, well, she's in a coma."
"Well who is it."
"You don't know her, She died the year before you came to the agency."
"What?"
