As we headed East, I saw men moving to the South. I look to where JR and Buster where to keep an eye on them and us. I looked at Fixer and Scorch and wave for them to hold up. I look at the gate and saw that it was almost too easy to be true and again I look to JR and wave and made the hand sign to watch us close this could get hot and fast.
We crawl the last five meter to the wall and looked to Scorch and told him "Ok Scorch, do what you do best." He looked to me with a big smile and said "Right on, Boss man."
Fixer just laugh to himself as Scorch place a shape charge on the wall and said "Ya'll might want to stand back." He ran along the wall, tailing a wire as he went. He ran another 10 meters before keying his mic and said softly "fire in the hole." With a soft bang there was a nice size hole in the wall and as fast as we could we went in and with soft coughs from our guns, three guards went down. I wave to JR, telling him to start taking out the people he could see, as we move closer to the target building.
As we ran I saw four, five guys go down with out so much as a sound from JR's rifle, "Man, He's good at that." I whispered as I saw three more guys go down and then with just whispers past out heads two more went down as they came around the bend. As we got to the door I told my team to stack up and get ready to breach. I look to Scorch and said softly "Burn it, we need in now." He looked at me with a grin as he placed tape along the door knob, and again said "Fire in the hole." As he pushed the button and again with a soft bang the door shot in and we rushed the room, each taking a side, like we were trained so hard to do, this time we did it right and like in training, all of them went down.
I look to the Doc and wave to the computer on the table and said "hack and store." As Scorch and I move to the door and window to cover him and he hacked in and found what we were sent here for.
20 minutes later we were out the door and heading to the Evac point that was on the other side of the hill we just came down, I waved up to RJ and Buster to move out and head for Evac. I looked to Scorch and said "Burn it up." And he smiled getting out a laser pointer and set to burn on the center of the camp and he got out his radio and called in a heavy air strike.
Ten minutes later we were on the chopper and heading back to base as the plane slided in and drop everything they had. I looked to my team and nodding at the job we just done.
As we went in to the CO's office, I see that the man that planed this little mission off to the left, and the base's weapons boss to the right and the CO sitting in the middle. As the five of us took the seat that were just in front of his desk, he turned to us and said "men that was one hell of a job ya'll did out there, this one was one for the books."
I looked at him and said "What do you mean sir?"
"Well, we did not think ya'll could do it in the time you did, we thought it would take a lot long to do."
