It was a cute little idea that I came up with, and so I typed it down. It's probably horible, but I dunno. And as for pre-reading notes, this is a one-shot story focusing on Jaden/Judai and Jesse/Johan's friendship. ...that's it, lol. Inspired from 106 English version.

"That's strange, have we met before?"

"Ha! What a loser!"

"What kind of boy likes rainbows?"

"Is he gay?"

"Do you even know what that word means, Tyler?"

"My dad said that boys who like rainbows are gay."

"So you don't know what it means?"

"No. Not really."

The two boys laughed as they walked away from the small blunette, who was trying his hardest to ignore them as he continued to draw a rainbow on the school's playground with his chalk. Unlike Tyler, he knew what the word 'gay' meant. There were tears threatening to leave his eyes, and eventually they did. Why did everyone think that about him just because he couldn't pick a favorite color?

"Hey, you awright?"

The voice was a bit slurred with nervousness. He cast his emerald eyes upwards to see a kid he didn't know, and nodded slowly.

"You're not lying, are you? You know what happens to liars." The brunette informed, sitting down beside the blunette and wiggling his index finger playfully, his other hand holding an action figure of what appeared to be a green angel.

"Their pants catch on fire?" He couldn't help but chuckle back. The brunette nodded vigorously. "Yup! So, are you alright?" all of his nervousness was gone.

"No…everyone keeps teasing me because I like rainbows." He replied sadly.

The brunette looked shocked. "And what's wrong with liking rainbows?"

"They keep calling me gay." He sighed.

"And what's wrong with being happy?"

"No, not like that."

"Like what, then?"

"What?"

"Huh?"

The two boys started laughing as the topic of their conversation was lost in the confusion. The brunette picked up the red chalk and started helping the blunette with his rainbow.

After a few minuets, it was completed. Or at least, the blunette thought it was. "It's pretty!" he cooed, admiring how all the colors blended to create such a wonder.

"It's missing something…." The brunette frowned, picking up the blue chalk.

The blunette watched as he made a little smiley underneath the rainbow, the expression one of pure happiness.

"It's you!" the brunette smiled.

The blunette grinned back, and picked up the red chalk and drew another smiley beside it. "Then this is you!"

"Oh come on, I'm better looking than that!" the brunette chuckled playfully flicking the laughing blunette on the shoulder.

A name was called, and the brunette perked up. "Oh noes, I've been caught!" he squealed. He jumped to his feet and sprinted off, completely forgetting about his action figure.

"Hey, wait!" the blunette called after him, picking up the figure and looking for him, but the brunette was already gone.

It was then that he noticed writing on the ground next to where the action figure had been laying. "This is Avian, a friend of mine. He also happens to be a hero, so next time someone picks on you, let him take care of it."

"I dunno, but it sure feels like it." The blunette replied, smiling.

The brunette nodded in agreement.

The End

Heh, I managed not to type their names at all, xD I hope that didn't confuse anyone -if anyone reads this- but on the bright side, you could use either of their names for this and be correct, ^^
