England sighed. As his magical friends spread around the world more and more things became visible to the other nations. England found it both a good thing and a bad thing. A good thing because nobody was making fun of him for talking to his 'imaginary' friends and a bad thing because soon even idiots like America would be able to use magic!
He knew that China had mentioned something about Dragons that could turn into humans on a whim. He'd never met any before, but he knew they would be spreading too. There purpose in life was to watch over the magical community.
Just before a world meeting one day England was talking to Flying Mint Bunny when America ran past, followed by a unicorn and a hippogriff. The island nation sighed, he knew this would be the younger nations reaction to magic. "America calm down!" England called. As he caught up to America he used a summoning spell. "Accio carrot, Accio dead weasel."
"HHHHEEEEELLLLPPPPP!" America screamed as England clucked his tongue to gain the attention of the two horse like creatures. He held the carrot up to the Unicorn and the weasel up to the Hippogriff. Calmly and slowly he approached the two. The Unicorn snapped at the carrot and England let it take it and the Hippogriff sniffed the weasel. It backed away slightly and opened it's mouth. Strange,England thought. This Hippogriff's tame. He threw the Hippogriff the weasel and it snatched it out of the air. When both were done eating they nuzzled up to England, making him laugh.
Meanwhile America just stood there staring.
