SAND

"Really, Tom?" sighed Sybil.

"What?" he asked too innocently but continuing to drag the sand between his fingers and onto her belly.

"I'm trying to relax here," she said.

"I'm boooooooored," he moaned dramatically, now drawing on the sand pooled on her belly.

She peeked an eye open but barely so as to avoid the sun from blinding her. She hadn't put her sunglasses on to prevent any sun marks on her face. Seeing his pouting face, she almost laughed out loud. He looked like a five year old.

"I thought we agreed to have a fun and relaxing weekend? It's actually the first one we have had together in months. And you want to spoil it?"

"I don't see anything fun in lying on a beach and burning under the sun all day long."

"Today is my day. My turn to choose. Yesterday, we went scuba diving like YOU wanted. All day long. And you didn't hear me complain. So stop whining like a baby and relax."

She closed her eyes again and Tom leaned to her and breathed in her ear while letting his finger run on her hot, soft skin.

"Are you aware that there are a lot of other ways to relax and have fun while lying down? Not involving sand and people all around. And it happens that your husband is a master in the area."

Sybil burst out laughing. She slapped his hand away from her and turned to face him.

"Oh really? You're going to play the sex card?" She asked, her head resting in her hand.

"It's been a while..." he started to try and justify himself.

Her eyebrow raised high.

"If I remember correctly, it happened this morning...twice. First, you woke me up as I was sleeping soundly trying to rest after the busy day YOU forced me to have. And second, when you invited yourself into my shower."

"And you're complaining?"

"No, I'm not. But I really need to rest and I've decided to enjoy this day my way. So put that in your pipe and smoke it! Sex won't happen any time soon."

And she lay down again, a satisfied smile on her face.

"Fine! Then maybe I'll go and enjoy the sea. I'm sure I'll find some friends to play with me!"

He rose up and went to the water. Sybil frowned. She trusted him but she saw the looks of the girls on the beach earlier and she knew how he looked in a swimsuit. So, she sighed and followed him to the water, resigned.

When she reached him, he was already chatting with a group of giggling girls.

"Hey, Love! You finally decided to join me?" he asked, trying to hide his amusement at Sybil's angry face.

He liked it when she was playing all jealous around him. She didn't answer and just walked by him, entering the water. He trotted behind her and she gasped loudly when he took her in his arms.

"Stop pouting, Love. And I'll show you some ways to have fun and relax in the water."

He winked at her and Sybil laughed. He was incorrigible.
