Superbia, Gula, Invidia, Luxuria, Avaritia, Acedia, and Ira.

In the ancient tongues of Latin, they speak of the seven deadly sins that 'invaded' the world as we know today, released from the 'Original Sin' of the woman named 'Eva'. Burned alive by her own 'children,' her ashes were gathered from the wind and created the thousand year forest. Centuries passed since the Original Sin was released into the world, from the forest, the seven became objects, and tainted with the sins they bear. It is one woman's mission to obtain those objects of sin before the world's destruction truly begins to turn.

But that is a tale of another day. To chronicle those events would take a master of time, of which I am not. Instead, for now, I can only tell the story of Superbia, the tale of Pride and its components. After all, I am a survivor of this madness. As time passed by, what seems to be a simple historical event of a tyrannical princess brought to justice turned out to be so much more.

I have learned the many different sides of the story, learning there was much more than a spoiled princess, much more than a devoted servant. I have learned the companions I knew were more than a lost outcast and a gentle songstress. And to that end, I have learned that they were all pieces of a much larger game, even twisting the prince's and knightess' hearts and minds to unfold an ugly tale of conquering.

I have devoted myself since to uncover the tales of which were lost in the madness of Pride.

And I shall even give my life for this truth.
