Finally Light had L's real name. Now all he has to do is write it down and he will have won.
So why couldn't he bring himself to write it down?
Light thought about it a little, but still he couldn't think of any reason.
"Are you going to write his name down or what?" Ryuk said impatiently munching on an apple he had snatched from Light's kitchen when his mom had been busy cutting carrots.
"Even you should understand Ryuk after working so hard for this I would like to take my time writing his name down. That way I can enjoy every moment of killing L." If only that were the real reason Light thought.
"Whatever just tell me when you do." Ryuk said obviously losing interest in the whole matter.
Light rolled his eyes turning his attention back to the death note. Light stared at the death note before reaching over to begin writing, but stopped when he heard L's voice ring through his head 'Light-kun's my first ever friend' L had said but surely that was only to get to him… right?
There was a knock at his door. Quickly hiding the death note he opened the door shocked to see Ryuzaki standing there.
"Hello Light-kun. May I come in?"
Light nodded and stepped aside to dumb founded to speak.
Ryuzaki shut the door behind him and then stepped to the center of the room. He looked around for a little while.
Light cleared his throat "Is there something you wanted Ryuzaki?"
L brought his attention to Light.
"Yes I suppose there is something I wanted."
"And that would be?" Light said his patience running thin.
Ryuzaki looked Light in the eyes before bounding forward and grabbing Light.
"Ryuz—" Light started but was quickly cut off when Ryuzaki smashed their lips together.
Ryuzaki pulled back. His face filled with curiosity as he stared at the younger man.
They stood there in silence till Ryuzaki spoke up.
"That is all." Ryuzaki said before turning to leave.
A/N- Um wanted to say that i don't know if i'll continue it at least quite yet because i really need to start working on my fanfic Safety Pins which i've already uploaded the first chapter and i have started the second so don't expect constant updates because i'm only working on this when i get bored and can't think of what to write on Safety Pins
