Dammit Josh thought to himself. Donna left her key to her hotel room and somebody picked up the key to give back to Donna. All he could think about was her. He then looked at his watch and said
"I need to call it a night, I'm super tired" Josh said "I'll see you all in the morning"
"See you in the morning Josh" Annabeth said while Josh was walking away
Josh went into the hotel and found Donna's room and knocked on her door and she said
"Just a minute"
She then opens the door and says
"I've been waiting for you"
"I know you have. I just wanted to talk to you about this morning"
"Josh. I already know that you're sorry and I said it was bound to happen sometime. I left you my key and then I got it back. Are you in love with me?"
"Absolutely, I wanted to be with you the very first day. It was that kiss felt amazing, it almost felt like my heart was beating right out of my chest"
Donna then looks at him and says "Where was this before? What about my emergency surgery? I loved you too. I love you Josh. I'm wondering why it took forever"
"I'm sorry it took me forever, I'm sorry that I had to realize a bunch of times that you were the one for me. Let me just make it up to you"
"Make it up to me? I made mistakes too. I just wanted you to tell me you loved"
Josh stops her from talking and kisses her and they exchange kisses and Donna says
"I just wanted you to tell me you loved me"
"I'm sorry. I love you Donna, you're my one and only"
Donna locks the door and turns off her hotel room lights and Josh says
"So this is why you wanted me to come into your room"
"Yeah don't speak, just take off my clothes and I'll take off your's and we'll get into bed together"
3 hours later*
The room is filled with awkward silence and Donna looks at Josh and says
"That felt good"
"That did"
"What happens if somebody knocks on the door?"
"Tell them I'm not here"
"So let me ask you, why did you kiss me yesterday morning?"
"It felt like the right time" Josh admitted
"The right time?"
"Donna. I love you. I've been in love with you since I first met you. We belonged together from the beginning. I wanted this since the beginning. You've been there for me even when we didn't date. I felt like this was the right time" Josh explained
"I love you too. I wanted to be with you since the beginning. I knew this was bound to happen sometime"
"Bound to happen sometime? After I apologized to you?"
"Yes it was, we needed each other. You're the reason why I was in that hospital room 6 years ago, you're the reason why I asked you to come into that room when I had surgery 2 years ago. You're the reason why. There's no one I'd rather be with, Josh. I love you"
"I love you too" Josh says kissing her on the lips "I love you so much"
They found out that night in the Donna's hotel room laying on her bed that they loved each other since the beginning. It took a long time to admit that Josh loved Donna. He didn't think of any girl but her. He loved that she was able to take risks, that she looked beautiful in anything, he loved the way she looked. He loved her and she loved him.
