Author's Note:
So this is just a quick little conversation between Lloyd and Genis from Tales of Symphonia, I know it isn't long but i never really intended it to be. Anyway this short skit is and will be one part of a series of stories that will be posted seperatly, I hope you all will enjoy this little skit though short, ENJOY!
Farewell Love

"Lloyd, Lloyd," Genis called to his friend.
"What's up Genis?" Lloyd responded to him in his usual carefree tone wondering what Genis wanted.
"Lloyd, I just received the greatest news, I've been offered to come back and take classes at Palmacosta Academy the best prep school in the world!"
"That's great Genis, I'm happy for you," Lloyd said a bit saddened.
"What's wrong Lloyd?"
"Nothing Genis," Lloyd bowed his head as he said it.
"It's obviously not nothing Lloyd, your being all gloomy, tell me what's wrong?"
"I can't Genis, you…you wouldn't understand."
"Try me."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes Lloyd, just spit it out already," Genis getting annoyed with him now.
"Genis I…I…I love you," Lloyd said in almost a whisper.
"Lloyd."
"I've had these feelings for awhile now and I didn't know how to tell you or if you would even accept them."
"Lloyd, I want to tell you that I feel the same way, I just never knew how to tell you either."
"Oh Genis, I'm so glad that you accept my feelings for you, you don't know how happy makes me to hear you say that."
"Lloyd!" Genis embraced Lloyd with a heartfelt hug as he had run up to him in loving affection.
"Genis what do we do now? Your going off to that academy, what's going to happen to our relationship?"
"Well I do plan on coming home on breaks and holidays, so we will see each other then and you can always write."
"Thank you Genis, I believe I will do just that."
After they embraced one more time and kissed each other, Genis walked away waving good bye to Lloyd. It would be much later before their first date and even longer before they would come out to their friends.
