A/N: A poem about Christine told from Erik's point of view

The Angel in Hell

Heaven and Hell

So far apart

Yet connected in that unknown abyss called eternity

They can not exist without with other

So they simply coexist

Living and thriving apart,

So far away

But when you, my angel

Came to hell

Heaven and Hell no longer only coexisted

They were one

One angel came to change my hell

Twisting my heart and soul

Confused with what is the right way

Then I realized that angels weren't meant for hell

Just as I can not enter heaven

I send you away

Back to heaven

Back to the way things were

Why am I still here with a new heart

The one you give me

Twisting in this unknown torment

The angel has returned to heaven

But now heaven and hell never seemed so close

Stop my heart from soaring

Stop my heart from wishing

You were meant for heaven

I was meant for hell

Stay in heaven

Then maybe I can forget the memory of my angel brightening my hell to save my soul

My angel burning in those consuming flames

all in attempt to save me from myself

You can't save me from hell, my angel

Here I am trapped forever and always

Burning in hell for eternity with nothing but that tormenting memory of

The Angel in Hell
