(A/N: Hey! I just wrote this up today, so if some of it isn't top-notch writing, that would be because this is the first and last draft. Cookies, cake, and pop to you all!)

Minerva lay in bed, the rain pounding against her window. She rolled over, and pressed the pillow to her ears. Albus snored loudly. Minerva groaned her irritation, and barely managed to keep herself from elbowing her husband. For whatever reason, Albus always snored during the rain. Nothing worked to stop him. Minerva had tried Silencio, pushing a pillow in his face, and even duct-taping his mouth shut. Anything she did, he always found a way around it to ensure she couldn't sleep. Finally, Minerva had had enough. She poked Albus awake and shouted at his sleepy face,

"That's it. Albus, get up. Go sleep on the couch." Albus frowned at his wife. She glared at him. He said,

"Now come on Minnie. What happened?" Minerva glared at him and said,

"On the couch. Now." Albus frowned, but got up. Minerva curled up in the big bed as Albus made his way out to the living room. Albus pulled up a blanket, and stretched out on the sofa. He closed his eyes, and tried to sleep.

Minerva shut her eyes tightly and tried to sleep. Something was greatly wrong. It took her a second, but Minerva realized what was wrong: She couldn't hear Albus snoring. The sudden silence just didn't make sense. It wasn't right for the bed to be so insanely empty. Minerva sighed, pulled the comforter around her shoulders like a cape, and slowly walked out to the couch. Albus lay on the couch, looking like he was asleep. Minerva widened the couch so it was almost twice as large as it normally was, and curled up behind Albus. She threw the comforter over them, and snuggled up to him. He turned around so he was facing her, and smiled at her. Minerva smiled sheepishly back and said,

"I couldn't sleep." Albus smiled and traced her cheekbone lightly with his fingers. He said,

"Me neither." Minerva moved closer to him and said,

"Good." They smiled and kissed, and Albus fell asleep. Minerva fell asleep listening to her darling husband's loud snores.
