I've always wondered, through the points of view of the wolves and the people, what life is to the ravens featured. Here's a little songfic showing you exactly that - Rip and Rek's point of view during a flight. Enjoy :)

Also, I think Rek is the female. If not, and I've got everything horribly wrong, just swap the names around in your head, or let me know in a review. Sorry for the lack of length, but this is a small oneshot so I thought I'd better keep it small.

Disclaimer: The song "To The Sky" is property of Owl City and Warner Bros Films, and is originally from the Legend of the Guardians movie (a fantastic movie, watch it if you can). You know who the Chronicles belongs to. None of it is mine, and I'm not stealing...

Shipwrecked in a sea of faces, there's a dreamy world up there...

Rek raced her brother fiercely against the wind, her wings carrying her soaring through the canopies, dipping into the milky sunset's gaze. She was ahead; the sun was pouring warmth on her back as she sped. Rip was behind, again, but it didn't matter all that much to him, as the sensation of being higher than any land creature was so special.

Dear friends in higher places, carry me away from here...

Rip threw his wings to the sky and soared higher, just above the treeline, able to easily dip under and past Rek. He gave a laugh as he passed her, watching her scowling face as she sped up beside him. He grinned and looped around, twirling and showing off proudly before crashing rather clumsily into a tree and falling behind again. It was his sister's turn to laugh.

Travel light; let the sun eclipse you, 'cause your flight is about to leave,

And there's more to this brave adventure, than you'd ever believe...

Rip shook his head a little, but turned from the tree and carried on, left wing slightly forward. He saw his flight companion bathe herself in the sun, and he tore past trees to get to her, to feel the sun everywhere, to laugh and to sky-dance.

Bird's eye view,

Awake the stars, 'cause they're all around you,

Wide eyes will always brighten the blue...

Rek felt like she could almost touch the setting sun. She dipped from behind a tree and was completely bathed in the summer light, her heart lifting with her altitude. Soon Rip was beside her again, and instead of racing they flew together, touching wings, dipping and lifting, dancing, before turning and heading back where they came from.

Chase your dreams, and remember me, sweet bravery,

'Cause after all these wings will take you up so high,

So bid the Forest floor goodbye as you race the wind and-

Take to the sky!
