Rose and Victorie Weasley sat in one of the spare rooms in their Uncle Harry's house. They were both fiddling with their obsessive Grandfather's muggle projects which he convinced them to partake in every summer. They both laughed as Rose's airplane crashed into the wall, with the wing falling off.
"Grandpa will be so pleased with these, we can finally tell him how airplanes can stay up!" Rose exclaimed loudly, bending over to pick up the wing and her plane. She looked to Victorie who was adding decorations to her perfect plane.
Victorie laughed as she threw her plane across the room, watching it soar before crashing into the chest at the end of the bed.
"Think I should enter?" Victorie asked seriously, grabbing Rose's plane for her, fixing it quickly into shape. Rose looked up at her, her long silver hair was blowing around her face due to the flight breeze coming from the open window. Her features were extremely similar to her mother's, and without her father's eyes, Rose would struggle to tell Victorie and Fleur apart.
"Just think about it Vic. It's potentially life threatening." Victorie looked up and sighed heavily. She lifted the letter addressed to all 6th and 7th year students from the ground, and read the text out loud.

"Dear Miss Victorie Weasley,

We have made the decision to bring the Triwizard Tournament back after deep consideration. We believe that having the tournament at Hogwarts again will make the end of the Dark Lord's terror has truly come to an end. Security has been increased, along with tasks being altered.
Going onwards, all schools will have 2 champions in the Triwizard Tournament, working together to bring victory to their school, names and families. We invite all 6th and 7th year students to partake in the historic event, on the understanding that they will be obliged to follow all given rules.
Our new Minister of Magic, Justin Finch-Fletchley, has seen that it is fit to bring the Tournament back, with the aid of the participating schools' headmasters and headmistresses.
It will commence shortly after the Winter break, with name withdrawal on the 26th of November.
Sincerely,
Minerva McGonagall: Headmistress
Justin Finch-Fletchey: Minster of Magic.

Rose looked at Victorie with a sad feeling. She didn't want her friend and cousin competing in such a dangerous competition, but wanted to support her at the same time.
"Go for it," Rose said, grinning at her. Victorie smirked, and climbed off the bed.
"C'mon!" She said, grabbing Rose's arm and dragging her off the bed, "They'll be wanting to see our airplanes,"
