Chapter 1: Awakening
Naruto's POV
How had it come to this? I thought to myself. How foolish are we, to try and fight a Goddess. My name is Naruto Uzumaki and I am the second coming of the Sage Of Six Paths, I am also dying. I am all that remains, all of my friends are long dead. Kaguya Otsutsuki was to strong, she toyed with me and my friend Sasuke Uchiha in the beginning of our fight. She made us think we had a chance and just when we thought we had her she stopped playing around.
Flashback
As soon as we had gone in to try and use "Six Paths Planetary Devastation" she had teleported away and stabbed Sasuke with one of her "All-Killing Ash bones". As his last act he gave me his half of the sages power with a request, "Kick this bitch back to hell for me, would you?" and with those words Sasuke Uchiha died. As his body turned to ash in my hands, my eyes started to cry blood and when I looked up I had a Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan in one eye and a Rinne-Sharingan in the other.
Flashback end
After that everything went downhill fast. I was out of the fight for a bit while I recharged and recuperated from the serge of power that had gone through me when Sasuke gave me his power. Kakashi Hatake, my sensei, and Sakura Haruno, my other team mate, held her off as long as they at the cost of their life. It wasn't long enough, I hadn't had time to fully assimilate the power I had got from Sasuke, and I was still reeling from the deaths of my team. I was completely unprepared to fight Kaguya, but I gave it my best shot. I fell way short, the power I now wielded was enough to level one of the elemental countries, she had the power to level all of them three times over. I realized quickly that I had no chance so I did the one thing I have never done before, I ran. I am not happy but I needed to assimilate the power that I had been given by Sasuke. I hid from Kaguya for one month learning how to use the powers I had been giving and training like my life depended on it, witch it did. That was a mistake, while I had been gone Kaguya had taken back all of the Chakra from everyone. She had assimilated it into her already almost limitless reserves, I stood no chance. I tried to seal her for three days, nothing I did could touch her. I only had one more option left, the sage had taught me this jutsu just incase it came to something like this, "The Reaper Death Seal". The Uzumaki mask had been destroyed so this would mean my death, but I had to do this to avenge my friends, so with a heavy heart , I cast my final jutsu. Even Kaguya couldn't escape the grasp of death, the Shinigami took her soul and sealed her chakra into me so when I died she wouldn't be reincarnated again. I guess thats it then, my story ends here.
3rd Person POV
Naruto Uzumaki sat amongst the ruins of a dead world, the last living thing on the whole planet. He was crying because of the unfairness of it all, he had never had a chance to really live his life, he was always someone else's tool. He never achieve his goals, and now he never could. I was truly a sad ending for such a story. I with his last breath Naruto spoke his last words.
"I'm so sorry everyone, I am scum who abandons his friends."
