It seemed….

At that late evening the air was stifling and the weather was hot. The sun already began to set down on the horizon. Everything seemed to be colored in an orange-red tone. It seemed like everyone enjoyed the last sun lights of the ending day. Some of them ran down the streets to do their shopping. Others just stood and watched peoples. She walked slowly down on the grassy way. Although everyone wiped away his sweat, it looked like she didn't care about the high temperature. She stopped walking at the place she always did. Her pulse was high. She had run the whole way to get there. She loved running so much. It helped her thinking about everything. To collect her thoughts. She didn't even know why she stood there. At this place. In this country. In her country. The place she never wanted to go back. But at this day everything seemed to be different.

"Why do you want to go? After all what happened there…"

His words were still in her head. Maybe he was right. But she was her sister. All the memories of their childhood were still present, although they were miles away. She couldn't leave her eyes from the grey gravestone in front of her

"It's a visit. It's just her grave. Not my father, Tony. It's Tali's day of death."

Ziva took a deep breath. Around her she stopped to think about time or anyone who was there too. She just starred at her grave. Every time she stayed here she asked herself the same stupid question.

Why?

Why couldn't I save her?

Behind her the sun set and the dark sky shown up. Many little stars lighted it. Ziva closed her eyes and tried to forget everything. She tried to remember everything good. Every moment they had shared. Suddenly she felt some on her shoulder. It was the rain. Ziva looked up to the sky and it began to rain heavily. This wasn't very often. Mostly it was warm and hot, without rain. At once she could hear steps next to her. She turned her head and smiled.

"You stood here the last 2 hours. Let's go or do you want to get sick?" Tony asked and took Ziva's arm.

"Thanks you came with me." she said.

"I couldn't let you alone. Even if you are a big sister." he answered. Ziva smiled and turned her head again to look at the gravestone again. It seemed like he didn't get wet.
