Musings of a Broken Heart
Lovina glared at the blond haired, blue eyed German who sat across from her at the World Meeting. Ludwig was screaming for the nations to "shut up and pay attention." Romano thought that he should be the one to shut up. No one cared what the oh-so-great German said!
She found herself thinking about what she would do to him if he dared hurt her younger, and completely naive, sister, Feliciana. She would murder him brutally and slowly. Torturing him until he begged for mercy, the mercy that she would not give.
But at the same time, she thought about how handsome he looked, sitting across from her. His blond hair, slicked back, shined in the light. His blue eyes, baby blue, were the color of the sky. His voice was smooth and deep. The German held himself in a proud and regal manner, with the air of one used to ordering armies.
Angrily, Lovina shook her head, ignoring the worried look she got from the cheeky Spaniard seated beside her. No! She would not think such things! He had made his choice, and it ended up being Feliciana. Of course, he would choose her, for the younger twin was eternally optimistic. She was pretty, and nice, and very talented. She saw the good in everyone and the entire World loved her. Lovina was always angry, glaring and cursing at everyone. No one liked her. No one loved her. No one would ever love her.
So she stood up, burying any thoughts or feelings for the German in front of her, and yelled back at him. But no matter what she tried, Lovina knew that the real reason she hated Ludwig so much was because she loved him. She loved him, but he hated her and loved her sister... The perfect recipe for a broken heart. He broke her heart. She still loved him. And she loathed him for it.
A/N: A short drabble that has been sitting on my computer forever. I finally decided to upload it, what do you think? Leave a review if you don't mind sparing thirty seconds!
