Kahoko had fallen asleep. How irritating. Didn't she know men were dangerous? To simply fall asleep in his presence was a slap in the face that she did not perceive him as much of a threat.

Azuma lowered his flute and stared at her. Perhaps it was the warm weather that had made her doze off. Or the fact that she had worked herself to the bone practicing her violin.

He stepped up to her slumbering form, intending to wake her. His fingers, however, hesitated. Perhaps he would let her sleep a little. Not that he cared if she felt healthy or not, but perhaps her infernal music would sound better if she was rested. Azuma grabbed his water bottle instead, and took a drink. The water tasted sweet, much to his disgust. There must have been something wrong with it. He went back to his flute, ignoring Kahoko's sweet little face.

Kazuki had insisted that they eat together, so Azuma found himself stuck with Kahoko and unable to drop his facade. On top of that, He had long ago pushed his water bottle away, disgusted by its sweetness. When Kahoko got up to go to the restroom, Azuma turned to Kazuki.

"Have you noticed that the water is strangely sweet of late?" He asked. Kazuki gasped.

"Are you in love, Azuma?" He asked eagerly. Azuma blinked in confusion.

"What do you mean?" He asked. Kazuki smiled.

"Water tastes sweeter when you're in love!" He cried. "Haven't you ever heard?" Azuma paled. Kahoko. Everything tasted sweet when she was around, or if she crossed his mind. That damn girl was the reason his drink was so inedible. Kahoko returned, smiling at them sweetly.

He would just have to drink tea, then.

Azuma didn't like sweet things.
