Aizen pressed his fingers into the glossy, churning surface of the Hogyoku. Gin stood to his right with Tosen slightly father back on his left. The gathered Espada circled the glass stasis box. Inside was a long, lean shape, wrapped in bandages and kneeling in front of their master.

"Where'd ya get this one, Lord Aizen?" Gin's permanently squinted eyes peered toward the vasto lorde they were raising to Espada.

Tosen tossed his hair, "Where do we get them all, Gin? This one was found after I detected that a number of our outbuildings had been destroyed, and the various arrancar inside, killed." He settled his visor, "This was the one responsible. When Lord Aizen rendered him near senseless, he agreed to join our ranks."

"I think we'll be happy with this one, Gin. Tosen, are you ready?" Aizen's voice was lazy, yet everyone gathered knew he would not look kindly on anything he deemed to be laziness on their part.

"I am ready my lord," Tosen drew Suzumushi and stood ready to slice down the awakened Espada should he prove too violent or broken.

"Then let us begin," Aizen closed his eyes and the creature inside the cube began to shift and stir. The Hogyoku glowed briefly, and Aizen opened his eyes. The creature was more human shaped, though just as impossibly long. "Can you tell us your name, brother?" The wrapped head turned in jerky movements.

The voice that issued forth was rusty and splintered, "N…Nnoitra…" It paused, the creature's new human shaped hand scraped away a few bandages from it's mouth, "I am Nnoitra Jiruga."

The glass shattered, and Aizen palmed the Hogyoku. The new Espada stood in the wreckage, and clawed more of the bandages away. He stood in a lithe line, all seven feet of him towering over the others in the room. Even Gin had backed away when he stood. He opened one violet eye, the other claimed by his hollow hole and toothy bone fragments. His chin length black hair stuck in places to his head as he swiveled his head to glare at the others in the room.

Then, he grinned. Gin gasped, and Aizen turned to look at his creation. "He reminds me o' someone," Gin said with rising incredulity.

Aizen cocked his head slightly, and smiled, "Indeed. Jiruga-san reminds me of my old captain."

Somewhere in a dusty, dank space, Shinji sneezed so hard he nearly fell off his chair.

"What the hell, baldy! Ya tryin' to make us sick?" Hiyori punched his shoulder.

"A pretty girl must be thinking about me," he replied. He pulled his tie tighter, and tried to bury the feeling that somewhere, Aizen was laughing at him again.

AN/ Chappy would not leave me alone until I wrote this. Shinji and Nnoitra… Cheshire grins have never been so amazingly hot. Thanks so much for giving it a read! I love me some comments, so go ahead and review.
