Inspired, in part, by Fuyu no Hanabi, Ichimaru Gin and Matsumoto Rangiku's duet. I had some lines in my head that I thought would make an interesting duet between Kira and Ichimaru, so here it is. I would also like to take this time to point out I find the set-up of the lyrics very chaotic and therefore fitting of this pair. Enjoy!
Title: Slaughter House
Featuring: Ichimaru Gin and Kira Izuru
Kira: Why do you put yourself on a pedestal so high I can't reach?
Ichimaru: Why don't you join me?
Both: If there was one wish I could have come true,
It would be to see you when you think everyone's looking away.
Ichimaru: A little sheep in his herd, prettied up with a pink bow,
Do you really think you stand out against the crowd?
Kira: You hand-picked me, raised me, pampered me,
Just to send me off... to the slaughter house.
Ichimaru: Didn't mean to.
Ichimaru: When the lights go out, do you still shake?
Kira: When the sky gets light, do you still hide?
Both: If there was one dream I wish I could achieve,
It would be to know you in ways you didn't know yourself
Ichimaru: A little sheep in his herd, prettied up with a pink bow,
Do you really think you stand out against the crowd?
Kira: You hand-picked me, raised me, pampered me,
Just to send me off... to the slaughter house.
Ichimaru: Terribly sorry.
Kira: You're like a song without a rhythm, yet alluring and sung with a rough voice
Ichimaru: You're like a simple rhyme that I get stuck in my head
Both: If there was one goal I wish I could reach,
It would be to have you in ways no one else ever could
Kira: I never stopped looking forward
Ichimaru: I never started looking back
Kira: I always thought of you, late at night
Ichimaru: I always remembered you, early in the morning
Both: I dreamed of you, again and again
Kira: A wonderful nightmare
Ichimaru: A terrible fantasy
Ichimaru: A little sheep in his herd, prettied up with a pink bow,
Do you really think you stand out against the crowd now?
Kira: You hand-picked me, raised me, pampered me,
Just to send me off... to the slaughter house.
Ichimaru: Please, forgive me.
So, take that how you will XD, but I feel bad for Kira somehow. Maybe because he used to be adorable and bright and cheery, and then Ichimaru came along and poisoned him and made him all... sullen and depressed. Poor, poor Kira... yet, I still love this pairing. Well, I hope you enjoyed!
