Chapter 1
"Bella get your lazy ass down here!" Screeched Heather.
Heather was the mother figure in the family. Her power was empathy. She had long strawberry hair that was always up in a ponytail which really matched her Golden/burgundy eyes.(We drank human and animal) Craig was the father figure. His power was that he could fly. He had smooth brown hair with the same colour of eyes as his wife. We all had they eyes. Jenny was my sister and best friend for life. She had the power to absorb powers. She had many including mind control, persuasion and metal pain although she never used it much. Her hair was a poker straight mocha colour. Her mate, Kyle, was a mind reader and could see the future, he was always accurate.(Jenny has these powers) he had messy dirty blonde hair. Then there was me. My powers was a shield mentally and physically. The fastest and strongest was Jenny by far but she never really showed it.
There was a soft knock on my door that disturbed my trance. He said that he would come right back after hunting but he never did.
Flashback
I was in my room with edward listing to my cd that he got me for my birthday. He promised that he would never leave me again but he did. He said " Bella honey I am going hunting. I will see you tomorrow." I never saw him again.
Damn him! He lied twice.
At my door were Jenny and Kyle.
"Come on!" Screamed Jenny enthusiastically, "We will be late for school. There are a new family coming to school today. There vampires like us. Kyle and I saw it!"
Oh joy! Vampire!
We drove to school in Jenny's Aston Martian DBS. Exceeding the speed limit by far.
We saw our parking space just as this canary yellow porche spotted it as well. Must be the new kids I thought.
"Yes they are." Jenny smiled from the driver's seat. She could always penetrate shields.
"How many are there?" Kyle's voice asked in concern as he did not like using his abilities.
"In the whole coven there is eight, but coming to school there is six."
We pulled into the parking space before the new kids. They pulled in next to us and got out . Of course it is the Cullen's. There was also a petite looking girl with short blonde hair clinging on to him. I gagged.
I jumped out of the car face to face with Edward. My eyes blackened at him.
"Hello 'the family that left me'. How are you today?" I mocked.
Jenny was at my side.
"So this is the bastard and his family!"She snarled.
