In the Allstars Mansion spike and Dante were having a match in Time Station. The Monkey Catcher soon found immobilized and suspended in the air as the demon hunter activated his level 3 super. Spike was Initially in the lead having scored fours kills and Dante had two. However the former wasn't anticipating that the latter would use his Devil trigger attack, allowing Dante to score three more kills bring his total kill count to five, just one more above spike Which meant that Dante had won the match
Aw Man" Spike groaned. Having lost the match to Dante "this is the third time in a row I lost you"
"Don't sweat it kid" Dante said "You've still got a lot to learn"
"You think you have an advantage by carrying around all that equipment of yours, not to mention your twin swords do you?"
"Well the truth is most of it requires to remain stationary, Which gives me an opening to attack"
"Listen kid, I'm gonna tell you that the key to winning is to have balance, your twin swords and attacks might be powerful, but they can leave you easily exposed afterward"
"Says the guy hunts demons for a leaving. Look at how many weapons you carry on yourself" Spike pointed out
"You've got a keen eye Monkey Catcher, except you, forgot one little detail and that is the specialty each of my weapons have, Rebellion is balance, Ebony and Ivory are range focused, Osiris is for speed, and Arbiter is for power" Dante Showcased with rebellion turning into it's different form "With all of those in hand I can adapt to any change situation"
"Well, I guess that's enough for one day. I'm getting a bit hungry so I'm heading to the kitchen."
As Spike headed toward the kitchen, He didn't pay attention to his surroundings and slipped on a banana peel that he dropped earlier in the day
"Whoa oh oh!" Spike held out his hands forward to break his fall as he slipped and crashed into someone by accident, falling face forward. When he regained his composure, He saw that his hands were gripped onto the bosom of a certain blonde girl. Spike realized it was Kat, and when Kat's eyes opened, She stared at Spike for few seconds, blushed heavily before suddenly getting up and growing tense
"J-Just what do you think you're doing?!" the Shifter was really angry, her face red
"Oh Hey Kat, slipped on a banana peel on my way the kitchen and ended up crashing into you. Thanks for breaking my fall." Spike said innocently
However, the shifter was far from convinced of the monkey's catcher's explanation
"Grrrrr!" Kat growled menacingly "Spike! You Pervert! How dare you!"
"Whoa Kat, Calm down alright." Spike pleaded to hold his hands up "Why are you so angry?"
Unfortunately, The shifter did not calm down and proceeded to use her gravity power to lift Spike off the ground before delivering a massive slap across the red-haired boys face before flinging him across the room. Spike screamed as he was sent flying before crashing into a wall.
Dante and Nariko just happened to witness all the commotion
"Are you alright there, kid what happened?" the demon hunter asked
"I slipped on a banana peel on my way to the kitchen and crashed into Kat. All the sudden, she got really mad and threw me across the room" Spike explained before groaning in pain. The Impact from hitting the wall had broken a few of his bones. "I don't know why though"
Dante just chuckled at the Monkey' catcher's explanation, prompting Nariko to lightly punch him.
"Don't even think about" the red-haired warrior hissed, prompting Dante to remain silent.
"Let's get you fixed up Spike," Nariko said soothingly "As for Kat I'll talk to her later and get things between you two cleared"
"Thanks, Nariko" Spike could only say.
