President Thanin's Office

The clicking of keys could be heard throughout the entire frosted glass office. Despite keyboards being a thing of the past, many capitolites chose to have their holographic alphabets make noises for a more vintage feeling. Naturally, as a prime example of a model citizen, President Inala Thanin had her keyboard out in front of her, tip tapping away to the mayor of District Six. Her posture was perfect, just as her beehive lavender hair, her black pantsuit, and her horned magenta glasses. Everything simply must be perfect, thought Inala, as her assistant buzzed someone in.
"Inala, darling," a cool voice slid around the president, curling around her neck, and causing her to shiver nervously. Prine Keene, the Head Gamemaker, had entered.
"Hello, Prine. What can I do for you?" Inala cooed, attempting to soothe whatever anger had brought her here.
"I need you to do me a favor concerning the games, you see, they're going to be a bit more bloody than planned." Inala smirked and put her light green hand on the president's shoulder, squeezing enough for her to get the message. But more bloody? The Hunger Games were bad enough last year, Inala had wanted the viewings restricted to ten and up, but Prine had refused. The more gore the better the impact, she had said, and Inala wasn't able to refuse. If Miss Keene decided that she has out served her duty to Panam… Inala tensed up at the thought. Prine continues to talk, telling her to make sure that each of the districts had a larger, better screen installed for the watching of the games.
"I want them to be able to see every grimace that their children make."
Okay, welcome to my new SYOT. It takes place during the thirtieth Hunger Games. The form can be found on my profile, and though I'd prefer to receive them through PM, it's okay to send them through review if you have no other options. Also, if anyone has any questions, I'd be happy to answer. I like to think that I'm friendly. This SYOT will be completed! I'd like to get started soon, but the next chapter (an introduction to the tributes) won't be posted until I receive all of the tributes. After that, I'll be able to get onto the reapings, which will go in order of districts.
