Eli looks a little startled and realizes he is back home and is saddened.
"Take him into custody" (says the Chief)
2 Officers grab and arrest Eli and take him to Police HQ.
Another officer who has come from the office comes by and gives The Chief the newspaper and reads the ad.

Sent Eli Tartareen back. Mace Warfield wants some "vacation time" so he plans of staying. DL
The Chief chuckles. "Mace took off before Darien could send him back and Darien cant find him".
The other officer (named Welch who btw worked with Mace once) agrees.
"Mace always was a loose cannon, but a damn good officer."
"I know Welch , but Captain Lambert is way better officer than Mace.
Plus Darien has sent a lot of fugitives back lately,
Eli Tartareen and Julius Rathenberg and Dexter Merritt as well as Batterson and Saldatri and Anthony Atwalt and Warren Guthrie have all been returned to the future and put in jail where they belong.
I would think he deserves a vacation more than Mace".
"They both deserve some vacation time and we all certain deserve some R & R after this take down. Eli IMO is one of the worst bad guys that Lambert had to track down, next to Sahmbi. (says Welch)
"Cant argue with u there, Officer Welch. Chief looks at his watch. It almost lunch time, lets get some lunch after a week we have had waiting for Eli to be sent back.
The Chief and Officer Welch and several other officers walk out of TRAX to go to lunch.
