Gray headed towards Juvia he had to tell her what he had decided , he had to . It wouldn't be fair if he didn' knew that she would be heartbroken but he didn't want to regret anything because he felt it , something bad was going to happen .
To him ? To her ? He didn't know . The only thing he knew was that his heart felt empty , nothing mattered anymore everything was coming to an end .
"…Juvia,I need to tell you something…"He said and then he felt it , it was coming towards Juvia , he had to save her !
He saw her eyes widened as something red clouded his vision and pain filled his body , the laser passed through his chest before he could realize it , screams echoed in the silence as he fell backwards , his hands reaching for Juvia , he knew it , he didn't love her but at least he could say it to her .
That she was important to him as well like all of his nakama .
He smiled as images of his life passing by appeared on his mind .
How he met Ul , her death , when he came to Fairy Tail , the friends he made there , his fights with Natsu , the meeting with Lucy , Lyon , Erza all of his precious memories were happy , sad and most of all , he was never alone , they were always by his side .
"…Everyone I have to tell you something…" His voice echoed in their minds , Lucy turned around her eyes widened , Natsu's breath hitched , Erza was shocked and everyone else could hear him .
" Natsu…it seems like I wasn't a mach for you , after all was I ? " He chuckled " I lost to you..."

" Erza , I always admired you but you are an important friend to me as all of you are and now…I am making my exit , from Fairy Tail , from this world . Please don't forget that I was there with you through many happy and sad times . " Their eyes widened as tears fell like raindrops .
Gray smiled sadly as he saw Juvia looking at him frozen as the bullets passed through him .
" Juvia,thanks for being with me as well , you are precious to me , a precious friend , like all of you . That's why this is goodbye . I am sorry . " And then the final shot hit his head .
" GRAY! ! ! ! ! "Everyone cried out as he his body fell to the ground with a thud , Juvia run to his side as rain started falling .
" Gray-sama. " She whispered terrified , it couldn't be , he can't be dead !
She touched his face , that it was painted crimson but even through all this pain he had gone through , he died with a smile on his lips .
