A/N: Dedicated to tragedymuse, for introducing me to Vic Mignogna's gloriously glorious voice. Rated T just to be safe, because of a quote.

Disclaimer: I don't own Full Metal Alchemist or Vic Mignogna. (As a Risembool Ranger, I certainly wish I did.)

"Hi, Big Brother!" Al said cheerfully as he walked up to Ed and Winry, his constant armour clanking slightly when he was halted by the furious look on Ed's face. Ed and Winry were sitting one the grass under a tree together, but Ed was sitting a little ways off, and his arms were crossed as he glared off into the distance. Winry looked weary, but a faint glimmer of amusement was in her eyes.

"I'm… back?" Al trailed off. "What happened?"

Winry smiled a "Welcome back" and peeked warily at Ed. "It's an… interesting story…"

Al sat down. "So, what happened?"

"Well," Winry began. "You know how we have an Author?"

"Sure," Al answered. "We're characters in a series, after all."

"Yeah, so then they made an anime of us, that Japanese one and that English one?"

"I heard about that," Al admitted.

"Mmhmm. So Ed found a computer today and looked it up."

"How did he get a computer?" Al asked, a bit bewildered.

"A Mary-Sue brought it."

"Where is it now?"

"It disappeared with her when she got deported." Winry explained matter-of-factly.

"Ah. Was the anime interesting?"

"It wasn't bad. The problem was…" Winry sneaked another peek at Ed. She lowered her voice. "He was voiced by a woman."

"Oh," Al responded expressively.

"Apparently, it's not a big deal there, but you know how Ed is about being a tough guy."

Al nodded, thankful for once that his metal body couldn't show his expression.

"And then it got worse. We looked up the English version-"

"Was he voiced by a woman in that one too?" Al interrupted.

"No, I think he was okay with the guy who voiced him, 'Vic Mignogna'. The guy's been in lots of animes, he did a pretty good job with the role, he's an amazing singer, and a nice friendly guy, too. I think Ed even liked one of the guy's songs, 'Nothing I Won't Give'. It was supposed to be from him to you, or something like that."

"Then what was the problem?" Al inquired curiously.

"Like I said, he's a nice friendly guy with a great sense of humour."

"How are those problems?"

"Because this guy is so friendly, he takes requests from fangirls at conventions sometimes. Once of the very popular requests is to have him say in Ed's voice, 'Roy Mustang is dead sexy- in a miniskirt.'"

Al's eyes lit up. "And that's why Big Brother's so mad?" he exclaimed cheerfully.

A smile crept onto Winry's face. "No, it gets worse. There was a video where a girl brought some balloons, so she asked Mr. Vic Mignogna to inhale the helium from the balloons and recite some of Ed's rants. So he did!"

Al started laughing. "Pffft… Was his voice suddenly really high?"

"Yes!" Winry laughed along with Al. "And the best part is- it sounded just like Ed… When he was younger!"

Ed swiveled around to direct his glare at them instead. "It's NOT funny."

"Oh, but it is, it is," Winry choked out. Suddenly, she and Al stopped laughing, sitting up again and staring at each other. A thoughtful expression grew in both of their eyes, and they jumped up, running back to the city.

"Helium! We need helium!" they shouted together.

"NO," Ed yelled, chasing after them. "DON'T YOU DARE!"

A/N: Yeah, I don't think I really got the voices of the characters right, but the stories about Vic Mignogna are true. Read and Review please! Critiques that are given gracefully will be accepted gratefully, because Manwë knows I need that concrit to improve as an amateur writer!
