*smiles* this is my very first fanfic. Ill try and make it interesting. I'd luv some ideas
what to write.

Prologue

Queen Serenity was in labor with her first child. the mid-wife was running around
the large bed chamber making sure that things were ready for when the child was born and
trying to keep Queen Serenity calm. Serenity's husband, Ranul, was pacing back and forth out
the bedroom doors. He could hear his wife scream through each contraction.
To Ranul it felt like days, but is was merely hours, when her heard the first cry of
a baby. He rushed into his wife's room. The first thing he sees is Serenity's tired smile.
then he notices that her hair was wet from sweat.
The last thing he notices is the small white bundle in her arms. (traditionally the
royal new-borns were wrapped in white blankets to not their rank.) His eye returns to
Serenity's.
"It's a girl." she says.
Ranul sits down on the bed and kisses his wife's forehead.
"What shall we name her?" she asks.
Ranul looks down at his new-born daughter. She has a yellow crescent moon upon her
forehead. It is the mark of the moon's royal family. Ranul finally looks back at his wife.
"Serenity, for she will have the same gentle heart and strong sense of just , as her
mother."
On that day Princess Serenity of the Moon Kingdom was born and her destiny was
already decided.
