Thalia's dark side is being greedy.

It's more of a double edged flaw.
He has the power to destroy the world for a friend but it also makes him a better person and friend to have around.
He will sometimes have to be reminded that the world is much more important than a friend.
He can't comprehend that but that is the sacrifice he will have to make.
It makes him feel weak when all the enemy has to do is kidnap his friend for him to give.

He never forgets what someone had done to him.

It makes it hard for him to help certain people like how cold he his towards the Hunters of Artemis for stealing his sister.
He never gives up on revenge and it makes hard for him to focus on the important stuff in front of him.

It makes his confidence in battle low and he could get easily killed.
