A dog was chasing
I watched, frozen with horror
I had given up
Fireheart was brave
Acting as bait for the dogs
He almost died then
I knew he couldn't

I felt quite alive
I distracted them
I drove dogs over the cliff
I knew I did it
Splash! And I had fell
I tried to fight the current
But it was too strong
