Desperation
Move!
The translucent hand pushed the statue away from the door. Isaac wiped his brow.
Mia turned to him.
"Did you do that?"
"Yeah, it's psynergy," Isaac said proudly.
"Now I can get in, thank you. See ya!" Mia jumped over the gap, used Ply, and entered Mercury lighthouse.
"Wait!" Isaac shouted as he chased after her. "You're supposed to join my party!" He ran through the door. Ivan calmly walked in after him.
"This seems familiar…" Garet mumbled. "When we met up with Ivan, I think."

The group was in an inn loft after busting some thieves. There were two rooms.
"I need to go return my masters rod. See ya!" Ivan walked off to the other room.
"Wait! You're supposed to join my party!" Isaac yelled. He ran after Ivan with Garet at his heels.
Isaac leapt forward, falling on his stomach. He grabbed one of Ivan's ankles and continued begging.
"You can use psynergy, we were meant to travel together!" Isaac pleaded in a vain attempt to convince him.
Ivan glared at him and continued on, dragging Isaac along.

Garet shook his head to clear the flashback. He jumped over the gap and entered Mercury Lighthouse. He gazed at a furious Mia and a blushing Ivan. He looked down and found Isaac clutching Mia's ankle, begging her not to leave.
"Really makes you want to join, doesn't it Mia?" Garret said.
