Chapter 1: Landing In An Ancient Place
The Doctor looks at the Tardis's console which was beeping and blinking he took his new sonic screwdriver from it because his original was eaten by an Slitheen on the planet Jupiter he laughs at the memory and Amy looks up from the book she is reading she stares at his puzzled and continues reading her book The Doctor pressed a single button and finally the tardis had landed "C'mon Pond we've landed" Amy's face turned into a smile and she threw the book into the air excitedly it landed with a thud into some oddly placed water The Doctor stares at her "Why?" Amy however was already outside the door the doctor shrugged and soon followed suit exiting his Tardis and leaving behind the bright and blinking console when but it flashed just once red and the words 'The End Comes Soon' then things returned to normal and because this was inside the tardis neither the doctor nor Amy could hear this they were at least a mile away from the tardis Amy suddenly stopped staring upwards her eyes widdened and she gasped in pure awe she stares at it The Doctor looks upwards staring at the sky also "Beautiful isn't it?" Amy manages a nod he reaches over and prys her head so she's facing the doctor "Yeah i would not advice stareing at the sky for to long can send people a bit loopy" Amy raises a eyebrow "Oh is that what happened to you?" She chuckles "Now...if we're done with the childish insults." The Doctor points at the nearby sea which glimmered almost as brightly as the two suns which were out "The Sea Of Solitude" Amy gasps once more only this time much louder The Doctor grinned and stridded of down a cobbled path which continued on until it got to a large empty field scattered with strange red flowers he couldn't determine how many were down there but he guessed their was a couple of thousands.
Amy had by now caught up with him and was now gazing down at the flowers The Doctor was looking at just a minute ago he was now facing her "So Amy...where to now?" He looks of into the distance looking as the blue grass of the field ran of into the distance he frowned as he saw a person crossing it he looked beside him almost as if he was looking at a small child he stepped out into the field infront of him and was immediatly swallowed up by the ground only his screams continued to echo throughout the valley Amy's face turned into one of shock and the doctor's was very much the same and the thing that shocked him most was the face that a couple of seconds later the fields spat out a red flower which grew a few meters of the ground before stopping Amy looked at the flowers before him she opened her mouth to speak but the doctor spoke instead "Yes Pond all them flowers are people thousands of them millions even this field continues on around the planet almost covering the entire surface of it most of the people here are farmers harvesting Polly Beans" Amy raised her eyebrow "Polly Beans" She grins The Doctor frowns and nods "Something wrong with your hearing pond?" she shook her head The Doctor walked down the hill via a dusty path he wanted to examine the flowers up close and personal and Amy wanted followed a half excited half mournful face.
