October 1999

"Percy Weasley," demanded the Minister to the younger man who was being put to trial in front of the Ministry of Magic, "You have been accused of heresy. For acting as a spy on the Ministry of Magic for an extremist group know as 'The Pentacle'. You bare their insignia, after all."

"Objection, Sir," Percy retorted in a frigidly calm tone, "I was a member of The Pentacle when I still in Hogwarts, yes. But as anyone who attended school with me knows, I was under the spell of The Siren then. You cannot possibly blame me, for something I knew not of. Once I was away from her, I was able to swear my allegiance to the Ministry. No one deserves to be accused of a mistake they made as a youth at Hogwarts, surely you also made a foolish mistake at some point when it came to a wanton woman of some sort. You must understand, Sir, the spell of such a woman is nearly impossible to see through. Look around this court room; nearly half these men, most of esteem far higher than mine, have been drawn in by her ways. "

The Minister simply nodded, 'I see...I see...Tell me, Percy, if you are not still sworn to The Pentacle, then you would not mind dropping the names of some of the members."

"Not at all,"he said, without any hint of hesitation, "It was started by Cedric Diggory, but he is of no use now, as he is already dead. Oliver Wood was one of the members, and still is. In fact, he is now housing some other rebels. Katrina Faden was one of the first as well and, as you well know, she is a menace to society who killed several Ministry members who were trying to run some tests on her. There is Remus Lupin, who is a documented Werewolf, who also has a history of being part of rebel alliances. There is also, to no surprise, Harry Potter, who we all know to be trouble, anyway. Then, of course, The Siren, Penelope Clearwater, who reformed the Pentacle after speaking to none other than the ghost of Cedric Diggory. She speaks to him often, as she practises Necromancy."

The Minister pressed his wand to his lips, thinking on what Percy had just spoken of, "So, what you are saying, is that the Ministry of Magic has reason to be afraid of a lunatic, a werewolf, The Boy Who Lived, and a prostitute?"

"She is a Necromancer who gets the dead to aid her in seduction! She bewitched me!"

'Mr.Weasley, who are you trying to convince, the jury or yourself?"

Percy frowned, "Penelope Clearwater is the leader of The Pentacle, an extremist group that is willing to go to any level to let the secrets of the Ministry be known. Her accomplice is none other than Cedric Diggory, who has been dead for five years! She works alongside Trina Faden, who the Ministry has been trying to lock-up since she was twelve, and Harry Potter! Then there is Remus Lupin, who was the werewolf friend of Sirius Black! And do not forget Oliver Wood, who is housing escaped rebels. If I were still a member, I would not hand them over to you."

"That is true," The Minister placed his wand down, and turned to the other members of court, "Put out a warrent for the arrest of courtesan Penelope Ophelia Clearwater, sentencing her to the Dementor's Kiss for the practise of Black Magic and threatening the Ministry of Magic. Let her followers, Katrina Deirdre Faden, Oliver Simon Wood, Remus John Lupin, and Harry James Potter, also be brought to trail and punished accordingly."
