I decided to do another one-shot! Yay!
Zachary Goode was anything but "innocent".
He's killed.
He's lied.
He's hurt people.
There were only two people in the whole entire world that Zachary knew he could trust.
Joe Solomon.
And, her….
Cammie Morgan.
Joe Solomon was a male figure to Zachary. Joe was his replacement dad. He taught him all that he needed to know, and much more. Before the exchange with Gallagher and Blackthorne, Joe was essentially; Zach's world.
Zachary Goode knew that his deepest and darkest secrets were safe with Joe.
Then, Zach met Cammie.
From the first time they met at the mall because of the cove-ops mission, Zach knew he felt something for Cammie.
It just took him a while to realize what that feeling was.
But, slowly and gradually while Zach and Cammie spent their time together, it was inevitable to him that he was falling for someone he knew he shouldn't be falling for.
But, Zach knew he couldn't stop.
He was in too deep.
So, he allowed her to break down his walls.
He willed her to understand him.
Because, before he knew it…
Cammie Morgan became his "everything".
But, he knew that all good things eventually came to an end.
He knew just how cruel and demented his mother was.
And he knew it was his fault when Cammie ran away to "protect" the ones she loves.
But, Zach didn't understand why she didn't take him.
Why she couldn't trust him.
After everything they've gone through!
But, even though initially Zach was angry and hurt about Cammie leaving him, Zach couldn't help but feel relief and happiness when he realized that she was safe and that she was found.
He was overjoyed when he knew she wasn't just a figment of imagination when she stood there, right in front of him.
And, even though Cammie was there, Zach realized that there would be a lot of bumps in their relationship, because of his mom.
But, he didn't care.
Cammie was here.
With him.
And to him?
That was all that mattered.
Even though Zach knew just how painful everything was, he still loved Cammie with all his heart.
It was obvious that Zachary Goode and Cammie Morgan have a painful love.
Okay, I know… No romance… But, I really wanted to do this. It just came to my mind and I put it down on paper…. So yeah! Thank you for reading!
