It was Saturday night, Runo and Dan sat on the couch in Dan's living room watching a movie. His parents were away at his grandmother's house so he decided to take advantage of the opportunity and invited Runo over to watch a movie with him. The truth was he had had a crush on her for a long time now and thought that tonight would be the perfect time to tell her.

RUNO"S POV
"I wonder why he's staring at me……"
"Uuuuuhhhh DAN! Hello! Earth to Dan!"
"Oh sorry Runo I guess I was just thinking about something that's all."He said blushing furiously.
Why is he blushing? Maybe he likes me……….
DAN"S POV
I couldn't help but stare at her she was beautiful. I always loved the way her bluenette ponytails would help frame her tiny fragile looking body, but the thing I loved most about Runo was that she wasn't fragile at all. She could start a fight faster then you could blink. Sometimes I thought she liked it, you know starting fights just for the heck of it but lately we have barley fought at all……..
Well, here goes…..
"Uum hey Runo?"
"Yeah Dan what is it?"
"Well- I –Uhh-wanted to ask you-if –you-know if…"
"Spit it out Dan!" she yelled.
"IF YOU WANTED TO CATCH A MOVIE THIS SATURDAY!" he practically yelled at her.
She was a little taken aback but quickly recovered with a simple answer that meant the world to Dan, a simple three letter word that changes the lives of people as we know them, that word was "Yes."
