Dan
His laugh and the way his tongue made cheeky appearances when he smiled. His animal noises and how sweet he looked with his cat whiskers. His childlike behaviour with an adult, caring personality. The way his hair covered his eye slightly and shined in the weak sun. The way his eyes sparkled and his face lit up at the words "Shakeaway" and "Starbucks". How excited he gets when he sees any kind of animal. His constant happiness that always peaked around Christmas. His willingness to make friends with everybody and they way he hated meanness in any kind. His tendency to try and fix things and cheer people up when it wasn't his fault in the first place. The way he was always so warm, and his hugs could make you forget your fears. The way Dan could get lost in his eyes forever if Phil would stay still long enough. These were just some of the things he loved about his best friend.
Not that he'd ever tell him that of course. Why would he? For one Phil was his friend, and he didn't want to ruin that because of some stupid crush. Two, Phil would never feel the same. He was straight, and even if he wasn't there was still point three. Phil was too good for him. He was too good for most people. He was funny, caring, truthful and utterly, completely amazing, and Dan was just Dan.
