Luke had gotten older and alot more mature since I had stopped being there nanny. I find myself often thinking about him when I feel lonely. So imagine my surprise when i heard about him getting into alot of trouble. He showed up at my apartment two blocks from the penthouse. Bruises covered his face and blood oozed from his mouth.
"Luke what happened!?"
"Jessie i'm in a little trouble. Can I stay here for the night?"
"Wont your girlfriend miss you?"
"No she barely notices me anymore"
"Alright I guess."
Luke came in and I shut the door. He walked to the window after cleaning up. He looked to the strrets.
"Jessie it's bad. I mean real bad. Emma had this boyfriend and he raped her. I beat his ass and now his thugs are after me."
"Luke you need to the police."
"I can't Jessie they won't believe me even if I do they'll try to kill Emma if I do."
Luke sat down and looked like he was about to cry. I wrapped my arms around Luke and he cried harder and harder. He finally fell asleep and I went downstairs.
"Dude you need to come out and face it. We are going to kill you for beating Nate up."
I looked up and saw a bunch of thugs running a muck out on the streets. I ran up the stairs to find the apartment empty and abandon.
"Luke!"
The door slammed and a bunch of thugs were now in my apartment. One jumped on me and the other grabbed my shirt and pulled it off leaving me in a bra and jeans.
"Hey this ones got a rack. Don't you think Matt?"
"Yeah lets see if she can handel me."
I was pushed into my room and tied to my bed and raped. I cried and cried yelling for someone to save me but no one came to save me.
"Where's Luke you bastards?!"
"You will see him in a moment. And you can be together for all eternity."
The realization hit me they were going to kill us and make us see each other as they do it. Tears fell out of my eyes as Luke was drug out of the closet. He yelled when he saw me naked.
"Jessie are you ok? Please be ok I can't tell you how sorry I am for it coming to this."
"Luke it is ok. You had nothing to do with this."
A gun barrell was put to my head and I closed my eyes.
"I love you Luke."
As the trigger was pulled and before my world went black I heard Luke.
"I love you too."
