A Story From Grandpa Ax

A Story From Grandpa Ax

By: Paige Collins

Authors Note: I am writing a loooong story. It's in font size ten and it has (so far) about fourteen pages. That's why you haven't heard anything from me. Anyway, I had a lot of fun typing this story and I'd appreciate if you went ahead and read it, instead of pressing the back button.

Okay you young whipper snappers, time for bed. Grandpa Ax said.

" But Grandpa Ax, can we have another story?" The children whined.

Well, I guess I can manage that.

" A long one about princess and dragons!" Rachel and Tobias's kid Shelly said.

" No, one about space men, like the Yeerks!" Rachel and Tobias's other kid Jeremy said.

" No, about cheese!" Marco's kid Floyd said.

HOW ABOUT I CHOOSE THE STORY!!!

" Fair enough."

It's about naughty little Andalite-er children who don't go to bed. Once there was a little girl named Shacktra-Elivel-Eatre, I mean Jane. She never went to bed on time. Then one night, her mom forced her to go to bed. So Jane went up to her room and got into bed. But she didn't go to sleep. Then, she heard something under her bed. She looked down and there was a Hork-Bajir warrior…I mean crazed killer…I mean fairy. It took it's long dagger and stabbed Jane. She screamed in pain. The next morning, all her parents found were blood stains. So you see, if you don't go to bed, a fairy will kill you.

All the children looked at Grandpa Ax.

Well off to bed with ya's.

The children scampered off to bed, and Grandpa Ax stared into the blazing fire in amusment.
