His heart pounded in his chest as he held his breath. He was in great shape from playing quiditch for seven years but when he had to outrun the golden trio and find an empty hallway when they were coming at him from all directions it was questionable of what kind of shape he was in.
He ducked into the first open door that he found which happened to be a broom closet. He grunted in disgust. He heard their footsteps. Shortly after he heard Ginny's close behind. The boys screamed for him.
Right like he was just going to jump out and let them try and beat his ass. It was a huge ego buster to be hiding in the broom closet. But he knew that he would kill both of them wand or no wand. He didn't want to do that since it was Ginny's brother and Harry he was talking about.
He wanted to impress her not make her mad at him. So he held his breath and watched out the keyhole.
"Ron you prat! Go away and let me handle my own situations. He was not raping me. Are you even listening?" Ginny yelled.
"Where the fuck is he! I want his balls on a stick for trying to rape my little baby sister," Ron hollered.
Ginny grabbed Ron and shoved him into the wall and jabbed her wand practically up his nose.
"RONALD WEASLEY! DRACO WAS NOT TRYING TO RAPE ME! I HAVE BEEN SEEING HIM ALMOST ALL YEAR. I CAN HANDLE MYSELF AND DO NOT NEED YOU TO PROTECT ME. I AM NOT A DAMNED BABY! GET LOST NOW OR I WILL TURN YOU INTO A FROG!" Ginny yelled into Ron's face.
Harry knew it was time to back down so he grabbed Ron's shirt and drug him out of the corridor before Ginny could make truth on her threat.
Hermione hung back. "I'm not sure that was a good idea telling him about you and Draco,"
Draco let out a huge sigh of relief. Hermione reached over and opened the broom closet sending Draco to the floor on his face.
"What the hell Granger!" He said picking himself up and brushing his pants off.
"I couldn't resist Malfoy. I was hoping you would be leaning on the door I wanted to see you fall on your face," She said stalking away.
Ginny wrapped her arms around Draco who put his arms around her protectively.
"How long has she known about us?" He asked.
"Since the beginning why?" Ginny said.
"I don't know that you should have told her. What if she tells someone who shouldn't know yet?" Draco said a little paranoid.
"Draco we've been together eight months. Don't you think if Hermione was going to say something it would have happened a long time ago? And besides we took care of telling my stupid prat brother ourselves," She said.
"Now I'm sure he'll tell mom and she'll be mad and ashamed of me," Ginny continued.
"Are you ashamed to be dating me?" Draco asked suddenly very angry with Ginny.
"What? I…No! I just…" Ginny stopped seeing the anger in his eyes.
"We're done Gin. I can't be with you if you're ashamed of me," Draco said letting her go and leaving her standing alone in the corridor as he walked away.
AUTHORS NOTE: okay sorry this is so short. It's been sitting in my head for like ever and I'm not sure where I'm going to be going with this.
